Original Foods is looking to make acquisitions of small food manufacturing businesses. (Importing and distribution businesses will be considered)
We are interested as much for small acquisitions as for enterprises doing millions of dollars in sales.
NOTE: For the enterprises of less than $5M in sales, it is mandatory that the possibility exists of integrating and transferring the operations to our own actual operations.
We are looking for enterprises that demonstrates, among others, some of the five following fundamental values: family spirit management, team work, strong team, fairness and professional high standards/rigour.
The enterprise must show a positive cash flow for the last 2 years. (We do not give any value to nor consider any financial forecasts)
